Brad has helped our family for years with the Real Estate purchase process. He is a true professional always up to date with market trends and the ins and outs of finance and insurance. What I like about Brad the most is how promptly he responds when we reach out to him with any questions. I don't know how he does it but he always responds immediately. He is definately the realtor to call!

We were out to breakfast in Crystal River and spoke with the folks at the next table who said they were from Englewood. We explained Englewood was where we were looking for a home and they told us the best real estate agent to work was Brad Tritschler. They were right! Brad showed us 5 or 6 homes, and we liked the "short sale" house because it had everything we wanted, but the extended time to purchase a home under a short sale did not meet our relocation plans. Brad provided everything required to get my house on the market and sold in a very professional manner. He did an excellent job in making recommendations on what to change and/or improve in the home so that it showed as best possible. He orchestrated a photo session including an aerial camera that best showed the house. He helped me evaluate a fair selling price and gave me enough information that I was comfortable with the price. In 2009 we fell in love with a house on the internet, after choosing Brad (from his web page photo) to be our realtor we came over from France to see the house. Less than 3 days later after negotiations on our behalf from Brad our offer was accepted and a week later we were the happy owners of our beautiful home. Most FL agents would not return my phone messages or emails. Very frustrating. Discovered Brad Tritschler because he was the only agent who responded (within minutes).
