I have used Brad's services on three different occasions, Two for purchases and one for selling a property. He was efficient and prompt with any questions I may have had. In all three transactions he has proved to be of great help, walking me through the intire process. I received his status up dates and timely advice on all the times we have interacted. I would not even consider using the services of any other realtor.

My experience w/ Brad was exceptional. I wanted to purchase a condo somewhere on the Gulf coast. Brad knew the area so well and was able to show me some wonderful properties. He went out of his way to explain all I needed to know about condos we viewed. His professionalism was remarkable, and I appreciated all he did for me. Once I found the property I loved, Brad took care of all the details in closing the deal. I would definitely recommend Brad for all real estate needs!

Brad has bought three high end beach homes for me as investment properties. He conducted research to minimize the noise I had to deal with and made himself available when I flew in to view or bid on a property. One property in particular, required extensive due diligence with the planning dept on Anna Maria. When I began looking for homes in the area I worked with Brad via the internet. He interviewed me to determine what I was looking for and then would send me links of possible good matches. When I went to Venice over a weekend to see homes in person Brad had everything planned out and we were able to write an offer on a home before we left. Brad was there to help us every step of the way. Great job and quick sale with Brad making it an easy process. We had buyers in the house almost everyday with Brad getting us exactly what we wanted for the house. Had great advice on what to do to get the house to sell quickly. was very friendly and knew his stuff.

Brad Tritschler was a life saver to me. If you could see what he did to sell my house, you'd also think he was a miracle worker. He is the best realtor I have ever worked with. Period. Bar none. You cannot do better. Brad handled the sale of a rental home in Venice that had been trashed by my tenants.
