Brad, and Sierra Vista Realty, will avoid responsibility for the majority of faults in home, and will hold home to standard of a new home despite many tenants renting it since it's been built. Brad, or any representative from Sierra Vista Realty, did not show up for initial walk through, and home was open upon arrival for anyone to squat in on the barren border.
