Brad took over our sell contract after our home had already been on the market for several months. He assessed the market and recommended we lower the price. Doing so resulted in a quick offer. Though that transaction didn’t go to completion, he worked with us tirelessly to get the home sold as quickly as possible in an ever changing, horrible seller’s market. He listened to our needs and anxieties but guided us as needed! We will have another home to sell in the future and with use Brad!

Brad and Iwona are personable and kind people. We highly recommend them. They made everything very easy for us. They are professional, and reliable. We purchased a small house for my daughter to use for a time. When she moved out, we found this great team, to rent and manage the property. They made it a great experience! Brad and Iwona are friendly, honest, knowledgeable and trustworthy. They took care of all the little things and worked hard to get our house appraised for what we thought it was worth. As this was our first time selling, we had no clue what the process entailed. They explained clearly what to expect, step by step. You're in good hands with these two. Highly recommend.

Got me a home that had everything I desired at a great price point. Really helpful and responsive. Was able to close quickly and move in fast. Worked with the title agency for me so I didn't have to do much more than read and sign forms.

Brad has managed our home in Sierra Vista for several years after we left Fort Huachuca, and we are very happy with his service. He always finds good renters quickly after the old renters leave, he attends to needful work on the home, he watches market prices, and he communicates well with us.
