Brad Smith was truly an amazing realtor to work with. He was so attentive, but not smothering. He has been in the area for so long...he knows the market, properties, and minute details that I believe is key to being a realtor. Brad was very patient, thorough and proactive. We went through a very long house search and Brad was always available to answer any questions and concerns we had.
