I had the same experience as the other 1 star review. Waiting room packed. Wait time 2 to 3 hours is the norm. They overbook on purpose so people don't have to wait months to see the doctor. Not sure how that is best practice... we left, cancelled the appointment and won't be seeing Dr. Simon's.
Dr. Brad Simon's is now at 5120 Linton Blvd, Delray Beach. Waited over a month for a 9:20 appointment today 7/16/24. Upon arrival the entrance to the building just outside the office door had at least a dozen people waiting to get in. I walked in the waiting room and it was absolutely full. At the check-in desk I was told that every one waiting was ahead of me and my wait time would be 2.5 to 3 hrs. and only one Dr. on duty. How absolutely INSANE is that!!! Talk about OVER BOOKING!!!
