Brad is a great agent and understands his clients needs... we have worked with him on and off for 5 years to find a place for 70 plus people in Bellingham.. As we did not "know" Bellingham, Brad guided us through the different areas, possibilities and we finally found a good place. Brad helped me through a complicated process of purchasing a commercial house for my business. He always answered my calls/texts immediately. I had to get in the property many times for contractor bids or inspections and he either came himself or sent an associate. I never had to go back to a contractor and tell them the time they wanted to come would not work. I would definitely work with Brad again and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property.
