As we did not "know" Bellingham, Brad guided us through the different areas, possibilities and we finally found a good place. We worked with Brad to purchase our first home, and he was outstanding. He and his team were exceptionally responsive and organized. Because of their attention to detail, we were able to close 5 days early on our home, giving time and breathing room to move out of our rental! Brad helped me through a complicated process of purchasing a commercial house for my business. He always answered my calls/texts immediately. I had to get in the property many times for contractor bids or inspections and he either came himself or sent an associate. I never had to go back to a contractor and tell them the time they wanted to come would not work. I would definitely work with Brad again and recommend him to anyone looking to purchase property.
