Contacted Brad Hall & associates and informed them that a property they own in my neighborhood was not in compliance with Salt Lake City Zoning ordinances. These deficiencies included but were not limited to: Trash all over the lot, graffiti on several surfaces, failure to shovel walks after snow events in winter, weeds that are knee-high in places, cars illegally using the property as over-flow parking, and so on.
