We went over to the dealership and drove the Explorer. Ended up buying it, but a couple of days later when we couldn't get the back up camera to work, we found out that there is none on this vehicle - the ad on Cargurus said it had one. We have never had one, so wasn't sure how it worked and because we just assumed that because it said it was there that it was. We would not have bought the car if we had known there was no camera. That was one thing I wanted.
I started with questions online about a particular car I was wanting. The response to every question was within in minutes. They even offered to deliver it, but I wanted to see it in person first. It was exactly like the picture.... At the dealership I dealt with T.J he was so knowledgeable and informative about the car I was wanting. He explained everything I needed to know not once but twice. Once before my test drive and then again before I left the lot with my new car. Didn't care for the confusing prices, cargurus-$4500, their price$4600. I responded with a price and they countered with$4000. Then I got an email that stated that "they" would sell the vehicle for $4200. It sounded like the right hand didn't know what the left hand was doing.
The employees at Brad Deery Honda were very helpful. I enjoyed the experience for the most part. I felt that the person who helped me arrange the financing could have taken a little more time to explain all of my options for financing. He tended to just tell me what he thought was best for me and seemed surprised when I asked to hear all the options instead of just the one he chose.
BUYER BEWARE: Truck they sold me has so many repairs that need to be fixed it will cost price of truck. Read my facebook review and I'll be posting on Google as well. I'm astonished that they sold this to me when 2 separate mechanics told me thousands in repairs. Warranty is a joke! DONT BUY FROM HERE!
