From helping us sort out allergies in an adopted puppy to providing tactful compassion while facing loss, the BSVC has always been top notch.
Very friendly people. I really enjoyed my visit and so did Odo.
Although I've thankfully never had to call on them for an emergency, my experience with BSVC has been great. The staff is always friendly, helpful and make my dog feel at ease there ( the Milk Bones certainly help). Like any other vet's office, it's kind of unclear how much it's going to cost you once you get out the door, but that's the standard for veterinary offices unfortunately. I cannot say enough good things about Brackett Street! The entire staff is always attentive and caring, and seem to remember my pets by name (even though see so many animals in a day). Our doctor, Alden Chadbourne is amazing. I wish she could be my doctor! Dr. Chadbourne always has time to respond to calls and emails and never makes me feel like my concerns are over dramatic (which they probably are, I get nervous about my furry friends).
