I was extremely pleased doing business here. Michelle and BJ were very helpful. Dan and Dave were here doing installation. They were very friendly. They made sure I understood how everything worked and their cleanup was spot on perfect. I love my new blinds that I got on three sliding glass door windows. Top quality.
Wonderful to work with, they fixed issues with my blinds that had been installed someone else and fixed them correctly and at an affordable price. They always contacted me and informed me along every step of the way, and got everything done in a timely manner. They were very considerate; I was due to have surgery and it was important to them to have them fixed so I could use them right after my surgery without any problem. Will continue to use Brackets in the future and recommend them!
