Lived here for about a year, and loved it. Robin is amazing, and makes getting approved, moved in, and moved out all super easy. Nice change of pace compared to the other shark apartment complexes around. It’s also a perfect location. 15 minutes from downtown and 30 from any beach. If I move back to Charleston it will definitely be here.
Stay far away from this place the park got shot up and they haven’t fixed it they take your deposit money and run with it don’t come here unless you have to HORRIBLE

Unsafe and not dog friendly There are to many non residents coming in and taking up parking spots in the evening and attempted break ins For dogs they are dog friendly in the sense they will allow you to have a dog with you but there is trash and litter everywhere Do not plan on renewing my leases
