Imagine being 7 months pregnant and 5 days before closing on your home, you get informed from your mortgage lender (never from the apartment you rented from) that a 30 day late fee was applied to your renter history so you can't close on your home but it can be removed by the property manager. Office dose not keep up with telling you basic stuff like pool is closed. The grass barely gets cut even when the lawn care people are here. It seems like since they are selling the property they just stop caring about it
They changed our locks before our move out day because our furniture was already out. We planned to come back and do a final cleaning but they threw away our cleaning supplies and told us not to worry about it. They also said we would receive a statement for our last rent bill since it would be prorated. Well instead of that - they sent us one bill with both our rent change and late fee (despite the fact we never received a regular bill) and an excessively dirty bathroom cleaning fee when they told us it was fine. Lived here for about a year, and loved it. Robin is amazing, and makes getting approved, moved in, and moved out all super easy. Nice change of pace compared to the other shark apartment complexes around. It’s also a perfect location. 15 minutes from downtown and 30 from any beach. If I move back to Charleston it will definitely be here.
Stay far away from this place the park got shot up and they haven’t fixed it they take your deposit money and run with it don’t come here unless you have to HORRIBLE
