We are very pleased with the work done by Bracken. We had an internal french drain and indoor sump pump installed. The quote we were given was very reasonable and the quote matched the final price we paid. They were fast, efficient and very easy to work with.

On July 6th our newly remodeled basement flooded. We had to rip up the brand new flooring. The following weekend, it flooded again but not as bad. We had Bracken Waterproofing come give us an estimate for french drains and sump pumps. They came this past Monday and were finished Wednesday. Today we got 2 1/2" of rain. I checked our basement because I was still doubtful this would actually work. My basement is dry and sump pumps are working as intended. Bracken crew was amazing to work with. Dan went over every detail and process of the job prior to install. Half the cost of other companies for same quality of equipment and work. Crew was very respectful and cleaned up after themselves. 100% would recommend anyone to use them.
From the initial quote through completion, I was satisfied with their work. No surprises and had great customer support throughout from Dan. I have lived in my house for about a year, and my garage has never been dry in a rain storm until after that work was done. Highly recommend!
