Rob did a fantastic job with our inspection. He was thorough and did a good job explaining his findings to us. We used Rob a few years ago when we were considering purchasing another home. We trusted his opinions and decided against that property. We have always been grateful that Rob discovered some major issues. In a way, he helped us find the home we are buying now and feel confident that it was worth the wait! We would highly recommend Rob Rehm!
Very thorough! Communicated everything we needed to know. Fast and efficient. He did an inspection after seller had already done inspection and found several things that needed repair. I definitely recommend and would use again.
We tagged along the inspection and Joseph was very helpful in answering our questions and making suggestions to improve the property. He was very thorough and knowledgeable.
So many areas missed on this inspection, ie.; Dishwasher leak first time we used it, latch on addict door panel was broke, two windows stuck to the point.You could not open them, air conditioner condensing line clogged up overflowed, causing damage to ceiling and wall and laundry room. Garage door lower panel is rusted out was not listed as a problem, not to mention how noisy it was..
