I made 74 calls to get a door number. A few times they have just told me wait on the line and left me on the line for 10 mins and never came back this place is a joke. 6 pallets 176$ lumper. After the payment, hours to get a phone call to get the papers with an attitude. There’re like 10 people in the office area and they’re just having fun and very lazy. Stay away from this place... We've been waiting for over 6 hours just for them to pick up the load they need. Our appointment was at 4 AM — we arrived at 3 AM and called, the number They told us to call back in 30 minutes. Then we called again, and they said to call again in 15 minutes. THEY ARE PLAYING GAMES WITH US. Now it's 10:42 am we just finished... They ruined our whole workday. Inefficient management. Crazy lumper free. $138.09 for 4 pallets. They will bug you all night to come and get POD but when you get to their office they will keep you waiting probably for 2-3 hours. So better go sleep in the truck coz you ain’t getting it soon.

To the person that you have to call to check in and get a door number y’all seem to get a turn on from someone calling multiple times 19 times to be exact and if you go back to a security guard, they will just tell you to keep calling till they answer what a brilliant showed down you get to have here at 3 am you keep calling and calling them and no one is answering
