Terrible, all around! First, he didn’t measure my house and took a two minute look at it. He stated, “I promise Sweetie, I will have enough carpet”. Then in confirming the date, he wouldn’t give me a straight day and kept giving me the run around. I had to chase him down and call him repeatedly to get answers from him. It wasn’t until the day before that he said, “ya, we will most likely be there”. He also asked me over the phone if my husband was going to help! My response- “are you going to pay him”? What a joke!
