I’ve shopped here for years, even opened a wholesale account with them. I have no idea how much money I’ve spent here, but I’m sure it’s a pretty decent amount. Throughout the years I’ve had bracelets break and I never keep the beads in order to take it back to get fixed(even though they tell you if anything breaks you can take it back). Recently one of the beaded bracelets broke and I tried picking up as many of the beads as I could find and put it in a ziplock.
