If I could give zero stars, I would. We walked into this store well before closing time — it was 4:56 PM, and they’re supposed to close at 6. But apparently, they were already in shutdown mode, flipping lights, closing doors, and giving off the clear vibe that we weren’t welcome. If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is an absolute joke. I walked into Bozkurt at 4:50 PM — a full hour before their supposed closing time — and was met with complete silence. Not a hello, not a smile, not a single ounce of basic human decency. Just a bunch of staff lurking around, staring us down like we were criminals. I’m writing this review with a heavy heart because Bozkurt has been a go-to spot for my mom and me for the past 10 years. We’ve always supported this store, appreciated its unique pieces, and made it a regular stop when shopping for gifts or something special for ourselves. Unfortunately, the experiences we’ve had recently—especially today—have left us completely disheartened. Today, we arrived at the store around 5:00 PM.
