Family had a horrible experience in the ER today, very inconsiderate staff, people do not go to the ER if there is not a health concern and we were treated as if we were bothering them and shouldn't be there. The lady at check in had the worst customer service skills and was extremely rude from the beginning. I've been trying to locate a place online to send a review or complaint and is no such place on the website. I had my first Physical Therapy Clinical Internship at Bozeman Health and I could not be happier with the quality of healthcare provided there as well as their investment in future providers.

I'd honestly rather die than go to anything ran by Bozeman Health. Their billing system is a joke - you can make a payment plan and explicitly announce when you're going to make a payment and still be turned over to collections the day you call in to pay. I understand that collecting money is difficult especially knowing that everyone is at a different place in their lives, but the lack of professionalism is astounding. An absolutely horrible hospital been peeing blood for a straight hour wish I could share a picture but no test done no one has seen or helped not the first time bet it won't be the last

So disappointed in the Bozeman ER. I was there from 6 in the morning till 3 in the afternoon when I finally decided to just leave because I was neglected 90% of the time, my health issue was unresolved, the dr could’ve cared less, and I literally had to tell them what tests to do since I just sat there for hours and waited to be cared for but obviously was not. I had an amazing experience with the Nursery nurses during my last labor and delivery. My daughter had some complications and the nurses' knowledge and level of care was exceptional! Hopefully soon, Bozeman can create more of a NICU setting to provide more privacy for the patients.

I have been to the Bozeman Health Urgent Care clinic on W. Main three times since I've lived in Bozeman. All of the providers that I have had were excellent and the staff was more than friendly! I would recommend this facility to anyone.
