RecommendedMy husband and I had an amazing experience during my labor and delivery. We had several labor & delivery nurses and lactation consultants that went above and beyond to make us as comfortable as possible. Even after 24 hours of labor and a c section I felt right at home. Thank you to all of our nurses who made this experience so incredible.
My son Noah spent 24 hours in the Emergency Room there, received a CT scan and X rays for severe abdominal pain, and the Dr’s came to no conclusion on his illness. He has been discharged and now needs to go to a different facility and apparently nobody knows why? I called to discuss his predicament with physician and was treated rudely by staff and given the run around and no answers. My 18 year old son was on vacation at Yellowstone National Park and the clinic there indicated that they felt he had appendicitis, so he was taken to Bozeman Deconess Hospital where Dr. Andrew Wilkis and Dr. Jacob Opfer and numerous others had him in and out with surgery within 7 hours! I live in Florida and it was very scary but with Facetime and speaking with them I was assured my son would be taken care of quickly. Very updated facility that continues to strive for excellence in patient understanding and the best care possible.
What are we going to do about parking? My mom has congestive heart failure so I now take her to her appointments because even IF we can get a handicapped spot, at the new building, those spaces are still too far to walk for a true handicapped person. Also, has anyone noticed there is no ramp for a walker or wheelchair onto the sidewalk from the parking lot to the east of the new building? I took my son to Bozeman Health Urgent care in Bozeman to test for Influenza A and get a prescription if positive. His friend had it and he was developing symptoms. I thought all Urgent Cares would be priced about the same. I got a bill for $478 for the office visit and test. I just checked 3 other Urgent care providers and they were $75 - $125 for the same service. Why is Bozeman Health Urgent Care so high? You are charging 4 to 6 times more than your competitors. That is ridiculous!!!
I was told I didn’t have a choice when it came to a vaccination when I was pregnant 🤰🏼 I at the time didn’t know any better and hadn’t done any of my research to vaccinations while pregnant. So I blindly had it. Now looking back after studying vaccines and recalling my experience I’m absolutely pissed 😡 that I was bluntly told I didn’t have a choice! Not my idea of a health system that truly cares.
