Absolutely Worst Florist – 3 days after the promised delivery date of a fruit basket I called to inquire about the problem. I spoke with the owner, who was very openly unwilling to address the problem and find a solution. This woman hung up on me twice after making it clear that the delivery of the perishable fruit basket was of no concern to her and none of her responsibility, although I paid extra to ensure its timely delivery. Don't bother with these rude inept people – After being assured my order would be delivered on Saturday afternoon, they were not. 3 phone calls later I was told that they could not get in to my mothers development, the guards would not let them in. I verified with the guard staff that they HAD NOT been denied entrance (they keep computer records) I called them back and was told that the guards were wrong and the driver was correct. Horrible Customer Svce and poor quality flowers – If you want a florist that just wants your money and doesn't care about their customers or their quality then this is the florist for you. They have no customer skills whatsoever. I guess when you have inferior products you get sick of hearing complaints. I wouldn't even buy one flower from these people. They are clearly in the wrong business.
