DISGRACEFUL!!! – Did not deliver during the promised time frame, for which they did not apologize or offer to remedy the situation. When I asked to cancel the order, I was hung up on. I do not live in FL and do not know this shop personally, but any business that is so blatantly disrespectful to a client is not one I would recommend spending money in. Beware!!!
DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT USING THEM! HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT USE THIS FLORIST! Staff is rude, stupid and dumb as hel not to mention dishonest! I ordered item # TFWEB185 "Summer Salsa" for $115.00 plus delivery. The arrangement has sunflowers, orange roses, orange spray roses, purple orchids, purple mums and heather all in a cylinder vase with ti leaves inside. Worst Experience Ever – Worst experience ever. I ordered Mother's Day flowers for delivery the day before Mother's Day. They weren't delivered, nor were they delivered on Mother's Day or the day after. My mother tried calling and had a terrible experience (I'll spare you the details). Between 9:00 and 10:00 AM Tuesday I called all three numbers on their website, and all three rolled instantly to voicemail, but their mailboxes are full, so I couldn't leave a message. waste of my time!!!! – I received a call asking if I would be home to receive a delivery for my 10 year old. It is her birthday and she was really excited. Several hours later, no call, no delivery and worse of all, I could not reach them either. All there phone numbers went straight to voice mail. Extremely disappointing and extremely frustrating!!! I would not recommend doing business with this florist. There are plenty others.

Boynton Villager Florist - Stay Far Away From This Nightmare This is possibly the worst florist I have ever come in contact with. Relatives sent my mother via FTD flowers from this so called florist for Mother's Day. They arrived in complete dirty water with most of the flowers already dead. Florist ripoff Took advantage of out of town order to provide cheap flowers at very expensive price. Given opportunity to correct and still provided very cheap quality for high price, thinking no one would know.Never use these people.

Worst Customer Service I've Ever Seen – I received flowers from them via FTD. The flowers were half dead. There was no identification of the store on the card or envelope, a convenient was to avoid responsibility. However, living in a gated community, they had called to arrange entrance, so I got their number on caller ID. When I called, I was told they only use "fresh" flowers, but if I wanted, I could bring them in and they would see what they could do to freshen it up.
