Boynton needs to set up weekend options, even if it's every other Saturday or Sunday. It's ridiculous to expect nursing, medical, or dental students to be able to schedule weekday appointments when we often don't know our schedules in advance and don't have the power to leave clinic when something unexpected and mandatory to our training happens. I would not use this clinic if it wasn't the only option I had because of my finances. I've found that the St. Paul campus is better at scheduling and keeping appointments.
I see Dr. Lebo for my dental care. He's extremely attentive to details and walking me through procedures. I always feel welcome and leave feeling confident in returning to this office for dental services. Not to brag about the clinic... the dental hygienist and the dental assistant are just as amazing (Lauree and Lisa). #smile
All I wanted was to be happy and now I have a serious medical condition/rash that could end my life.
I've only had one visit to Boynton, but had such a friendly and thorough nurse practitioner (Dawn, I think?). She made me feel comfortable-- both in the sense of being approachable and knowledgeable, and I felt truly listened to.
I made an appointment with the Dental Clinic and had to schedule an appointment 5 weeks out, due to lack of availability. The morning of the day of the appt, the clinic called me and said they could not keep my appointment. I was given the option of coming in two hours after I was receiving the call, which I was unable to make due to my work schedule, or scheduling another appointment in 5 weeks.
