I just had a facial at the Spa with Amanda Thomas. Wow! The results were amazing. Highly recommend.
Literally NOTHING was open except 3 runs and the waterpark. I was shocked that they had no plan B for days like today... Even the Zip line was closed, which is not "snow dependent"
Payed a lot of money to be here this weekend and a lot for the condo. The heater in are room is ridiculously loud and turn on and off every 5 minutes the fire place doesn't work the heater in the living room only blows cold air and the sinks don't drain. There's a massive garbage can right outside my door with construction upstairs. I'm pretty frustrated and I'm here till Sunday.
Went to check in and was told that we had received a free upgrade from the Clock Tower building to the Mountain Grand Lodge & Spa.. I am very glad for the upgrade because this room is great and newer! Loved the waterpark and the pool that the hotel has by itself. Loved the feature of starting inside with the pool and then you could go outside while lifting a flap. The kids loved the arcade and we all enjoyed having smores outside in the courtyard. All in all this was a great stay!
