As a new patient, I was greeted by professional and friendly staff. Medical assistant was friendly and through. I was pleased with Dr. Boyle's assessment and treatment plan.
The receptionist was very helpful. First appointment, so "paperwork" was done on a tablet that kept giving out. She kept at it until everything was good to go. Dr. Boyle did a full exam, explaining what were concerns and what were not.
Nice office/front ofc. staff. Dr. Boyle was courteous and attentive to my concerns about what suddenly affected my scalp. Her assistant was great! I would have appreciated if, AdvancedDerma. would not have bombarded my e/m with ads and warnings about "cash" payments requests even before charges have even been processed and submitted to my Insurance and yes, I did remit payment of my Co-pay. Dr Boyle was very professional. My visit was with myself as well as checking skin on my 92 year old mother. She was able to stay focused yet caring while dealing with two patients at the same time.
She was very professional, friendly and listened to my concerns. I will request her again.
Dr. Boyle was a professional and experienced dermatologist. She determined the problem fast and gave me medicine and cream. I follow her treatment, and I see the improvement. I have had chronic rosacea. I have seen several dermatologists for the last ten years, and my rosacea doesn't get better. I few better a few days after Dr. Boyle's visit. I highly recommend Dr. Boyle.
Truly unbelievable experience- argued with myself and my daughter that what we "thought" happened at our last appt was wrong- argued that the actual LAB results were "incorrect" (based on nothing but her LOOKING at the skin issue)- Said it was "either this diagnosis or a type of cancer that she was positive it was not) - AGAIN- no testing at all- diagnosing only by looking at her skin- Meanwhile come to find out it can be multiple things and is often misdiagnosed (and the one she INSISTED it was was already tested in a lab a... read more
This was a great experience from the time I checked in to when I left. The entire staff was friendly and professional. and Dr. Boyle was great. She addressed my concerns, and explained everything clearly. Thank you!
