I rented a studio from them once back in late 2008. During my appointment, the girls that worked there hadn't even called my references, although they lied and said they did. They were incompetent, really. The studio was filthy when I moved in. The carpet was unwashed and debris was scattered all around it. The stove was dusty and old. The oven didn't work. No fridge. I visited one of there properties for rent. The owner was there looking around. They were very friendly, willing to work with people on any situation. I will definitely be calling them back for any other properties come up.
