Just moved out of my apartment here after close to 3 years and I miss it already. This was my favorite place I’ve ever lived & I highly recommend it! Management is so nice & responsive, they have a great maintenance team, and the building is well taken care of. Love the area too.

Gross. I know this building inside and out. Pretty sure it's sold now because it was sold to new people and the new owners could fix the foundation issues. Poor place is falling in. Not to mention last owner was suck a schmuck. Slumlord of the century award.
If u are a first time renter , or a 20 something party scoundrel, this is the spot, close to cains an downtown
