Lacks a lot... including abilities Dr. Boyd really isn't a very talented dentist and never was even in his 'hay day'. Older now he seems to lack character and compassion for his patient. It's a matter of get them in and get them out and make sure the payment's grabbed before you let them go! He made teeth for a family member that never fit and no matter how many times they went back it just wasn't going to happen. I wouldn't recommend him to anyone.
