Boyd Honda was excellent. I recommend anyone who’s looking for a car to come visit this dealership and my salesman, Mr.Seamen was wonderful and explained everything to me that I needed to know. I am so grateful to have ran across this wonderful establishment.
Yesterday as I attempted to change the battery in my key fob, when I opened it, tiny parts flew everywhere. In the melee I couldn’t find one of the tiny pieces. My immediate thought was here goes spending a lot of money to replace the fob. I called and was told they might be able to fix it with a used part. And they were! The Employee exhibited spectacular customer service. He should get a raise. I am so thankful that Oxford Honda is so customer friendly.
Told me they don't deal with warranty claims for a company that is used to cover driver train.
