I bought a CERTIFIED CAR 2011 Chevy Equinox a few years ago and was told it had never been wrecked and given paperwork from Boyd that said it had not been wrecked. When I went to traded in I was told that there was a major wrecks on the Carfax, and that the airbags had been deployed and I’ve been sold in very poor condition two years before I bought the car from Boyd. The only reason it gets 2 stars and not 1 is because after multiple trips back all of their mistakes are finally fixed, and the service manager did finally get me a new seat cover after I was promised one for over a year. I do not recommend going to them if you expect your vehicle to be returned to you in the same condition that you brought it in.
