I was attending orientation there and had to go through load securement training even though I was an experienced flatbedder. The moment we first step into the training building, we are introduced to all the trainers hurriedly. We were then told by the head trainer that we would practice respect, be professional, and use each other's first names instead of slang. Clean terminal and friendly folks here. I’m giving suck low review is because of the shop. They never answer the phone under no circumstances. Cannot get an update on your truck. I took my truck here to get parts covered under warranty due to the Kenworth, everything I asked them to do they do the opposite. I got my truck back check engine light comes on the same day.
