Just got their service and have to agree that they have got to be the worst service I have ever had!!! I'm paying 70 dollars a month for 6mbps but I'm lucky to get 2! I'm just waiting for the day that NewWave reaches out to my house. Then it will be bye bye this this shitty internet!
