Down almost weekly, anywhere from a few minutes to overnight. Lags and delays often. They are the only non-satellite option.

We moved to the Bluff back in August. We moved into a brand new housing development where this is the only service offered otherwise we never would have signed up. However, I work from home so needed to get internet in quickly. We haven't been stable we have constantly been going down & called them several times to get it fixed & have had several techs come to our home to try to fix it with no one being able to truly help or know what they are doing. One of the most incompetent businesses that provide internet. It will work for 1 hour at the most before turning off. Anytime you try to get something done you get disconnected. Wanna watch a movie? You can’t without having to manually reset your router at least once. Wanna play online video games? Have fun trying to get a game in without disconnecting. If this review prevents at least one person from contributing money to this company it will be worth the time writing this

I've had boycom for 7 years, and it's been the worse internet experience I've ever had. I live out of town, so its either boycom, or satellite--both of which go out when the weather gets rough. It's made worse when, like this morning, the internet goes out for going on 8 hours now. We are paying for the highest speed they offer, but when tracking the internet speed, we only get a tenth of what we paid for. I didn't not know what all the fuss is about. My internet is fine. The price if ok. Everyone is very friendly. Idk, it's just dandy for me.

Just sell out to another company. It is clear that you can not keep up with the growing technology and charging people out ragious prices for bare minimal internet.
