I had issues and the road was bumpy at first. I even decided to take my deposit and first months rent and run from Boxwell. I am getting help and in good hands thanks to Ola. She is very professional and any issues I have she always fixes them with no issues. Liz on the other hand is very rude. If it was not for me meeting Ola I would have left Boxwell. Due to miscommunication from my previous tenant I had only a week to get my property ready for any new tenants... however, Ola Jackson used her expertise and magic to have my property available within a week; my property was listed for rent 1 day and several new prospects competed for renting it--within 2 or 3 days it was rented--Ola was on it, and I couldn't be more satisfied with how she made things happen; she's also always very cheerful, professional, and even funny--I love that people-person approach!!!!

My experience sense I been dealing with this company has been bumpy roads but 99% of the time when I call Ola Colson-Jackson she is right on time at my services. Do not doubt this company they are AWESOME!!🤗🤗🤗🤗🤗

I have rented from Boxwell Realty at the same address for over 5 years now. It’s rare that anything needs fixed but when it does the Boxwell team is prompt in sending someone over. It’s been tough since Covid 19 and I have to say that Ola Jackson, Property Manager, is the kindest and most understanding person that goes above and beyond to help.

We have rented from Boxwell for about 2 years now. Despite the odds we ended up with an amazing property manager Lynette. And I can definitely say she is God sent. She has went above and beyond for my family and we are so grateful for all that she has done for us.

We have had ups and downs renting our home through Boxwell but we are now in good hands with Ola. She has gone above and beyond to ensure our property has been well cared for. We recently had tennants exit the home, leaving it in poor condition. Ola has been instrumental in getting our home back in order. She is, without a doubt, the best property manager we have has assigned to us from Boxwell.

I am very happy with the services provided by the team at Boxwell Real Estate. I have been with them for many years and as a member of the military, they help me take a lot of the stress out of being a landlord. They are very professional and proactive. Highly recommended.
