This company consistantly fails to meet there responsibility in lease agreements. No landscaping when included in leasing agreement. Failure to show after confirming appointments to inspect or repair property and they'll use any excuse they can think of to keep your security deposit. They appeared to be a reputable realtor until you make any request that requires that the do their jobs. Office staff is managed poorly and clearly undertrained. Boxwell Real Estate provided excellent rental property management services for me for over 6 years until I recently sold. I live out of state and they gave me peace of mind by taking very good care of my rental property. Any concerns I had were dealt with in a timely manner. They conducted routine inspections and kept me notified of repairs and tenant concerns. My realtor Rita Henry and I had the pleasure of working with Boxwell Real Estate. We called to schedule a viewing at the last minute and was able to access the property within an hour. I fell in love with property and submitted my application to find out later the property was rented. The good thing is that your application is held for 60 days and should a property of your liking becomes available you don't have go through the process a second time of paying another application fee. Ola Colon-Jackson is awesome! Boxwell Real Estate us lucky to have her. She consistently works to professionally manage my property. Her recent actions include finding a new tenant before the old tenent was moved out. All while achieving an increase in rental income! Awesome!

I’ve been with Boxwell for over three years now. Ola is now my property manager and she has a beautiful personality. She has been very helpful and worked with me during my times of hardship. I’m glad she is the property manager that I work with and when I move again I hope she manages that property if I’m still renting from Boxwell...

Boxwell did a really good good job with the process of helping me secure a home to rent. However, once my deposit was accepted for the property the communication got a little weak. I would have to call 4-5x or send multiple emails just to get questions answered that I had. I do understand that times get busy but I just feel the communication should remain the same the entire time. Other than that everything else went smoothly.
