Very bad experience with this facility. I set up auto payment on my credit card. When I decide to check out, I notified the staff about 1 month ahead and check out 1 day before the end of the term and notify the staff again to cancel my auto payment. But they still charge me the rent despite I have moved everything out. I tried to call the staff, the corporation customer service, and to talk to the stall on site. Every time they said "You are all set" but they did nothing. It wastes my time that much.

I was glad they had a small storage unit available — just what I needed and very good location (for me). Unit was clean. Paige (office) was very helpful and friendly. Boxville Storage is lucky to have her!
