Do not recommend. I brought my car here for a full detail, and it has been an absolute nightmare.First, the actual cleaning job was incomplete. The carpets were returned to me with heavy road salt still embedded in them. When I pointed it out, I was told it would require a second service to fix.Far worse, the inexperienced employee who worked on my vehicle severely oversaturated the interior, which completely discolored my dashboard. They did a fantastic job with my truck! It was not an easy job as my truck is used for work at the racetrack, but they returned it to me like new!
Not a very thorough job for the money charged. Many missed spots on the interior. Take your vehicle to Hoffmans instead.
I used to love Boxley's...their service has gotten pretty bad in the recent years. They leave a residue (polish?) on everything that's slippery. I had to wash it off, and in doing so noticed a lot of dirt coming off too. Did they even clean my car? Skipped my sub-trunk even though I explicitly informed them not to. Also pretty sure the scratch in the photos is from them. I sent an e-mail about this (as they instructed someone else in reply to a poor review), but never heard from them.
