I used to love Boxley's...their service has gotten pretty bad in the recent years. They leave a residue (polish?) on everything that's slippery. I had to wash it off, and in doing so noticed a lot of dirt coming off too. Did they even clean my car? Skipped my sub-trunk even though I explicitly informed them not to. Also pretty sure the scratch in the photos is from them. I sent an e-mail about this (as they instructed someone else in reply to a poor review), but never heard from them.

They always do a great job on my car detailing. The staff is friendly and honest, they communicate well, and the pricing is very fair. If you are looking for car detailing in the Saratoga Springs area, give Boxley’s a call.
The best place ever.
The home side is absolutely amazing! Aleaha is extremely proficient in what she does and from my perception she knows every detail that I like at my residence specifically. I am very impressed by the way she explains cleaning my personal home to the other lady's as she does not forget what I like and what I don't like. My wife has been with boxleys for a couple months now and we are very impressed with there work! Thank you boxleys services!
