Was easy reserving the unit online. Staff followed up promptly, I got the unit I was looking for. Access was easy and efficient. Thanks box storage for assisting in my transition and making things easy for me.
facility is clean and easy to access
Reasonably priced, very friendly, efficient staff. Unit was sealed well against weather, and we never had any problems with security. Our only problem was that a lot of our things were covered with rodent feces after several months in storage. I'm sure this is a common problem at outdoor storage facilities, but it was still disappointing.
