Oscar has been the best property manager the building has had. In my 3 years, I’ve never had someone so available, friendly, & helpful. He’s always in the halls greeting everyone, going door to door checking in on us, & even the small incentives like lemonade and donuts for the tenants. Every time I go to his office for any little thing, I know he’ll be there or somewhere close by. The previous managers were never present & I never seen them, let alone spoke with them in person for my concerns.
As an employee in the building the restrooms really do matter amongest other things. I want say Carletta does a wonderful job in manitaning the cleanness. Even though we have many people coming in and out of the facilities. She works really hard and puts all her effort into her job. Cleaning up after other's can be hard especially when we are all adults here. But she is always cleaning, picking up after other's and is always making sure the facility has what it needs to keep operating. I also see her cleaning in other areas ... read more
Can't say enough about management! Oscar is great and a great listener. Very responsive to any and all issues, has your best interest at heart, and works with you through every type of situation. I give them a 10 star, actually.
Everyone really enjoys having Oscar Roberts working building 10333 harwin. Since he’s been here it’s a dramatic change. He always checks on everyone. It’s not just me. I’ve heard this from other tenants that Oscar is marvelous. He’s doing a excellent job.
