One can tell from the start this building has been well maintained. Everyone is friendly and has been helpful since we've moved here a few months ago. From the cleanliness to the communications, we received from the building's manager and staff, everything has been running smoothly.
I wasted two hours on a scheduled tour with a leasing agent. I had a tour scheduled for leading 375F and 120K - I was assured the doors would be open. I parked and went in. First door locked. Texted, emailed and called. No answer. 2nd Suite, doors locked. I left. Who does that? When you have a prospective tenant plan to see a space, you can't bother to unlock 2 doors, answer your phone, text, or emails? Then reply 45 mins later and ask if I am still there. Incredible.
