I've had BBQ in KC, Chicago, SF - I did not expect this place in Council Bluffs to be in my top 3, but it is. The pulled pork, nearly everything I've tried is really good. Their beans, really all their sides, may make this my #1 pick, because they are all extra good and from family recipes. Ive tasted meat as good, but a place that has outstanding sides too is unusual in BBQ. Desserts are amazing - always. Homemade icecream, bread pudding.
