With the vision first conceived by Jeff & April Bolick of having a "Community Restaurant" that could deliver a corporate dining experience, Boxcar Grille was born! Good food, the staff is nice, an overall pleasant experience. Looking forward to going back. I highly recommend the Blue Ridge Rooster meal if you get the chance to go. Chicken breast topped with grilled onions & mushrooms smothered with melted cheese.

The food was great and couldn't ask for better service. If your ever down towards Claremont, you have to stop in and give them a try.
Delish yeast rolls. Got Friday special - 2 nice sized catfish, with home fries & slaw. Generous portion, friendly & prompt service. Interesting train decor.
Got a to go order. was not disappointed, huge portions really tasty. I will go back next chance I get.
