Brandon was very professional and courteous. He was able to understand the extraordinary loud sound issue we were having with the 1200CFM motors for our 48" Wolf Range. The sound is so loud, there is no way to have a normal conversation with anybody while cooking. Knowing that the blower motors and range hood were properly installed and our not faulty, we definitely would like to have these internal blower motors swapped for a remote external blower.
