Don’t go anywhere else for Sub-Zero repair/maintenance. I had two other companies come out, and both recommended repairs that Box, the only Sub-Zero certified company, said weren’t necessary, and they both missed routine maintenance that was. And the estimate from one of those companies was astronomical. Best of all, for the major repair I’d called about, Box showed me where to order the part and how easy it was to install.
