We’ve had Bowman’s clean our carpet a few times now in the past 2 years and they do a great job on getting pet stains out. Over all our carpets look great when they’re done. Cleaner smell is not too strong but leaves the place smelling fresh. Michael is professional in his work and we are always pleased with results.

I ask about cleaning of pet accidents, said they do it every day, needless 2 say not successfully. I neglected to ask if they move a twin size bed I had it pulled away from the wall thought they could clean the wall expected them to move it back to the wall instead they cleaned around the bed so now I have a spot in the middle of my floor not cleaned at all
