Rich is always very detailed, friendly, & helpful. He confirms information, owner requests/comments, & any other discussions through email or mailed letters. Couldn't ask for a better property manager!
Rich has handled my property for the past 8 years. He has gotten it rented, addressed issues with tenants and the property for me quickly. I am an absentee owner and Rich made the whole experience painless. His advice was always spot on. I would recommend Rich for any property management opportunity you may have.
I rented from Rich Bowman for a year and had no issues. He responded to work orders quickly and helped me contact the previous tenant when an important package of theirs was delivered to me. He was helpful during the move-in and move-out process as well. Would rent from him again if given the option.
