I took my car to Bowman for repairs that were covered by warranty. While it was there, they said that it needed other work that was not covered by the warranty. I told them to proceed with the repair, and they called me an hour later to inform me that the repairs were completed. When I went to pick up the car, they charged me for 2 hours of labor, even though it had only been an hour since I told them to make the repair. Great service! Bowman Chevrolet is one of those few businesses that really does care about their customers and what it takes to meet their needs. Whenever possible, our Chicago kids try to have all service done, while visiting us, because they are so accommodating in scheduling and professional in their work.
