They are always so freindly and accommodating, except for the guy in the little office on the same wall as the restrooms. He seems very rude, especially to older veterans with hearing disabilities. The rest of the staff, doctors, lab, and therapists are always respectful and helpful.

This clinic put my life on the line and caused so many problems for me. I have spoken to the Murfreesboro VA and they told me they are very aware how poorly this clinic is ran with the new Director in place. I explained it was running so smoothly a year ago. The doctor I switched to in Murfreesboro stated they didn’t blame me for relocating my care to them and that the Bowling Green Clinic hasn’t been the same since the last supervisor stepped away. I am a veteran and I don’t recommend wasting your time going to this clinic. It is best to make the drive to Nashville and get established there. This clinic needs to be shut down. They are not equipped to fully function the way the VA Hospitals can.

I had fallen and hurt my knee pretty bad. As a result I needed surgery. I kept telling this va that my knee still hurts. I struggle to walk because of the pain. My fall was in 2023. I begged for help. This location kept saying that I was simply too fat. That if I lost weight my pain would stop. I kept asking for help still. They told me even if something is wrong with your knee the va won't do anything because of your weight. I made a complaint against this location. I finally got that MRI done July of 2025.
