I was told at the beginning of September '26 that "The dr who sees walk-ins on Mondays would not be back until the 14th". Only to walk in promptly at 9 am and be turned away due to the clinic "not seeing anymore patients" and yet had all of my *current* contact information. I was turned away for trying to start my va medical disability and whomever sits in that middle seat at the window has now lied to me twice. Why does Bowling Green, a city of this size, have such a tiny and limited service clinic for it's veterans? It is a disgrace they haven't built a stand alone location to take care of our heroes! My husband is a disabled veteran and this location doesn't cover the care he needs. We have to drive to Nashville! So disgraceful! Do better VA!
