This clinic, like most VA clinics is status quo (because of overall VA policy) but there are some gems. Jason Herring is a great social worker going above and beyond for veterans. He gives great advice and practical tools for real life situations. Dr. Sprinkle is relatively new but is by far the best physician I’ve had at this clinic. She listens and gives usable advice. Quality care from a caring staff. Very attentive to my questions and needs. Scheduling and appointment flows are easy and efficient. Exactly what our veterans deserve!

At least one whole appointment slot behind for DR Lacock. -Had to leave for other appointments. The patient care advocate is a piece of work too. Called to apologize “I’m sorry but…” but nothing. Making excuses and sounding real unapologetic is not an apology. Shes in the wrong line of work. Will never see me back in that clinic with the staff they have.

The longest I ever had to wait here is maybe a half hour tops....The staff is nice and pleasant and being a small clinic with limited staff Im sure they do the best they can

This was my first time going to the VA clinic. I had a 0930 appointment. I got called back at 1100 but only after I went to the front desk and asking why I have not been seen yet. She smiled and said she would ask why I have not been seen. No more than 5 minutes later I was called to the labs. Seems like they may forgot about me. From what I have gathered about VA clinics it seems like that is what to be expected when getting va assistance.
