Nothing but professionalism. I've never had a problem that they couldn't explain or point me in the right direction. The VA client in Bowling Green deserves our upmost support. You have to remember they are totally dependent on the powers that be in Washington. That has to be a tough row to hoe these days. As far as to the negative reviews about the wait time. Good luck driving to Nashville. Have patients. In my opinion the staff especially the nurses and the receptionist are doing their level best
It you have an appointment here you might as well take the whole day off work. No matter what time your appointment is you’ll be in the waiting room for 2 hours if not more.
Gave it a 2 because it was clean and the receptionist was nice. I'm still sitting here 35 minutes past my appt time. I only need blood drawn. Drove 30 minutes to get up here. At this point I could have drove to the Nashville VA and my blood drawn already. Seems like a staffing issue. Either way no one should have to wait this long. If I were 30 minutes late they would probably make me reschedule. Dissapointed
The pharmacist is great. I enjoy working with her.
This clinic, like most VA clinics is status quo (because of overall VA policy) but there are some gems. Jason Herring is a great social worker going above and beyond for veterans. He gives great advice and practical tools for real life situations. Dr. Sprinkle is relatively new but is by far the best physician I’ve had at this clinic. She listens and gives usable advice.
