I bought a used truck from them. While waiting to receive it, the salesman came into the showroom and said they had to put new brakes and pads on the rear to get it to pass the inspection. Less than a week after I got it, I heard grinding noises coming from the rear wheels. Bottom line: inspection receipt says they checked the rear brakes. They put new rotors on, but failed to install new brake pads as they had told me they did. They passed it for inspection with no regard for the MO statutes and my safety.
We had a wonderful experience at bowling green Chevy! Everyone was very kind and alex was so nice and very funny!
Bought a used vehicle from them and after a week it started leaking transmission fluid. Contacted the dealership and was told by the finance manager that I bought it as is so it was my problem. Now after 15 months of owning it I have put 3500 in parts and labor. Included in that 3500 is a 2300 transmission that had to be put in.I have since went on to buy something else that is a safe and reliable because the vehicle I purchased from them was not and never has been safe and reliable.
