Their employee sawed a hole in my wallboard when replacing faucets. He glued the square of wallboard back in place and roughed up the counter top around the new faucet. No offer was made to do more repair of the damage that he caused. When I called to say the sink was leaking water, they sent someone to look at the leak, which was a part that broke, and at that point they had an employee cover the patched hole with spackling, not smoothly. I have had Bowers out twice to do plumbing work. (Separate problems). They have been courteous and well versed in finding the source of the problem. They were able to take care of the problems economically and suggest appropriate preventative measures for me to do. Timely and communicative. I would have Ashton or Greg back anytime.
