Their employee sawed a hole in my wallboard when replacing faucets. He glued the square of wallboard back in place and roughed up the counter top around the new faucet. No offer was made to do more repair of the damage that he caused. When I called to say the sink was leaking water, they sent someone to look at the leak, which was a part that broke, and at that point they had an employee cover the patched hole with spackling, not smoothly.
