Avoid this place do not go there if you are trying to get your child back into your life through the reunification process. It doesn't work the staff are incompetent and unprofessional. Unethical behaviour.
I saw Josephine, she would constantly get me to talk about some serious trauma that would leave me in a worse state than when I entered then we'd never talk about them again. When I decided to ask to change who I was seeing I just never got contacted (this was September last year) The staff here seem unprofessional and unwilling to help, there's only one front desk worker that I can even think of who showed the slightest bit of compassion to my plight
