I am am sorry to say that I also have been treated deplorably by Malcolm and the team at Bower place. Very regrettable. I have experienced some of the most heinous of human behaviours. Unfortunately the treatment or lack of (for that matter) that i have received leaves me worse off than when I came to them. I would have preferred to give them zero stars out of five but I hope that one star will help warn others away from Bower Place. Lies, lack of.. well, anything at all, really.
