Came for a med check today and that turned into her wanting to get a head ct, in response I told her I had one last night and it was clear. I needed help adjusting my meds and anxiety meds. She refused to do anything with medications because she wants the head ct. I ALREADY GOT ONE. I JUST NEED MY MEDS FIXED ACCORDINGLY SHE IS RUDE AND JUST BASICALLY DOESNT GIVE A SHIT ABOUT HER PATIENTS. I WILL BE FINDING SOMEONE ELSE. I AM DISGUSTED BY THE TREATMENT I GOT TODAY
Most of the staff are incredibly rude, communication here is nonexistent I’m convinced, and the providers here are judgmental and label most patients as “drug seeking”. Faye in particular is NOT a “professional” I would recommend to my worst enemy! This place truly has gone downhill.
Good going screwing up my daughter‘s appointment yesterday then today you get my phone number wrong and then ask me after waiting for a month if I want to reschedule no I don’t.
