RecommendedFrom my first vehicle in 1966 to the last purchase in 2011 I have purchased all but two of my 16+ Fords at Bowditch. Never got a bad deal any time. And the service department is tops!

I wouldn’t buy anything here. I was lied to and manipulated and tossed in all directions. The salesman had no idea what he was doing, wouldn’t listen and lied multiple times. and the finance manager was a deceitful prick. I don’t do business with deceitful people. they lost my business and anyone I know looking to buy from them will be warned . I will be taking my business elsewhere.
Thanks Bowditch for helping with my 2014 Ford Escape problems. Hope they are all behind me now.

RecommendedI was there for my normal maintenance and everything went well. HOWEVER, I had to ask if there were any recalls on my vehicle. I think the maintenance manager should have reminded me when I arrived. I did get a letter in the mail, but forgot to bring it.
RecommendedHave purchased a vehicle 3 times over the years, always returned. Great sales and excellent service department.

RecommendedVery responsive. I had state inspection and was in and out in about 20 min. I’ve always had a great experience with Bowditch.
I’ve brought my 16 expedition to them 3 times for the same issue. The truck wasn’t recognizing one of he key fobs. After they replaced the batter and reprogrammed it, the third time they said they couldn’t replicate the problem. My service manager recommended I give the bad key to my wife since I’m the primary driver. Like it’s a good idea for my wife and 1 year old son to get stranded somewhere.
