I purchased my first ever Ford This past year, a Ford Explorer with 13 miles. I have condensation in my side view mirror. I took it in last month to have a picture taken at the request of the service department. I'm still waiting for a response from Bowdich and can't get a return call from them. Now I am scheduled with Wynn Ford this week to see if I can get resolution from Ford.

RecommendedI purchased a new Ford F-150 this year from Bowditch and have been extremely satisfied. I take my truck to Bowditch for any service needs and my expectations have been exceeded every time. I appreciate the courteous, expedient, personal attention that the Bowditch team gives me as a customer.
Went in to try to get a problem on my truck diagnosed, walked into the service area and was promptly ignored for almost a minute even though there were 3 employees in the area. The service guy I ended up talking to started out on the wrong foot by answering a phone call while I was mid sentence and proceeded to have a lengthy conversation. After that was over I was trying to explain what I wanted but kept getting interrupted and was basically talked to like a child.
